isometric feature mapping algorithm
ISOMAP算法
ISOMAP(isometric feature mapping)算法，即等距特征映射算法，其目标是在其低维嵌入空间中保持流形上任意样本点对之间的测地距离(geodesic distance)。直观来看，就是将数据投影到低维空间的过程中保持数据点之间的相对远近关系，其理论基础为线性降维方法——多维尺度变换(multidimensional scaling，MDS)。
