G蛋白偶联受体
与三聚体G蛋白偶联的细胞表面受体的统称。其共同特征是包含7次穿膜的α螺旋、N端胞外区和C端胞内区。当配体与其结合后可通过激活锚定于细胞膜内侧的G蛋白进一步引发细胞内的信号通路。G蛋白偶联受体家族在已知的膜蛋白受体家族中数量最大、功能最丰富、分布最广。又称七次穿膜受体。
